Selena Gomez Opens Up About ‘Toxic’ First Love

Selena Gomez has spoken out about the “toxic” nature of first love in a truthful interview about her new single song, “Lose You to Love Me.”

Speaking on during an interview with private tv show, “the Zach Sang Show”. 27 years old singer explained that falling in love for the first time can alter your perception of reality and your justification.

Selena Gomez furthermore said that, “You are in a stage of life where you experience the love for the first time and what I think that it can just be a little toxic” she said.

“You have this codependency that you think this is love, and then you have this addiction to the passion and the frustration with each other that you think, ‘Oh, that’s love,’ and I believed that for a long time.”

Selena Gomez did not name any of her former-boyfriends during the entire conversation.

Selena Gomez famously had an on-off relationship with Justin Bieber, who recently married model Hailey Baldwin. That is why all of Selena Gomez fans thinking about her new music is about Justin Bieber.

Elsewhere in the interview, Selena Gomez went on to reflect on some of her past experiences of being in love. Selena Gomez explained that she was “afraid” of falling in love again last year and she did not declare any reason here.

Answer a question Selena Gomez said that, “I would never want to lose the sense of love as the way I imagine it to be,” Selena Gomez continued it during the interview before revealing it that she is currently single.

Selena Gomez ended her conversation with the following words. She said that, “I do not want to get fed-up or vicious from anything about love. What I believe that it exists and I am happy and waiting for that, however long that takes because we are going to be like doing this forever. It is just going to keep happening until we do get out.”
